FERNANDO RIVAS, is a Dominican producer, born in 1980.
 

After studying Filmmaking at the New York Film Academy, Digital Media, Film & Video Production at Full Sail University, in Orlando (USA), Rivas started working with Santo Domingo’s main production companies, producing TV commercials, music videos and documentaries.
 

His solid experience and skills led him to focus on his foremost ambition: narrative films. Ranging from local indie films and international movies, such as “La Fiesta del Chivo” (Luis Llosa, 2004), “Cabin Fever : Patient Zero (Kaare Andrews, 2014), “El Proyeccionista” (José María Cabral, 2019) or “Veneno: Primera Caída” (Tabaré Blanchard, 2018), he’s now one of the leading producer in the Dominican film industry.
